The time of the new moon, when the sky is devoid of the moon’s gentle glow, is a time for new beginnings and setting intentions. The new moon in Leo is associated with joy, positivity, creativity, self-expression, and stepping into the limelight with confidence. Our Restorative practice will focus on uplifting and energizing poses, while still being slow and restful. We’ll finish with an uplifting Sound Bath to help move us towards our goals.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, or we have a few at the studio to borrow.

• We are located at 1 Lamington Road, BRANCHBURG, NJ - please make sure your GPS is set to Branchburg/Somerville (not Whitehouse)
• We are the yellow house on the hill, at the intersection of Lamington Road and Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- directly across the street from Willie McBride's restaurant
  
• You can enter our parking lot from Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- or from the small side road Old Turnpike Road
• The main entrance is at the BACK of our building
• If your class/event is being held in our yoga room, we will ask that you please remove your shoes- bring socks to wear if you like
• If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
