The full moon signifies the end of the monthly lunar cycle—a time of realization and fulfillment of what was started during the new moon. As the summer comes to a close with the full moon in Aquarius, we may find our energy uneven, our path forward unclear, and a need to feel loved and accepted. This Restorative practice will offer both uplifting and grounding poses with a Sound Bath to conclude our practice.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, or we have a few at the studio to borrow.

• We are the yellow house on the hill, at the intersection of Lamington Road and Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- directly across the street from Willie McBride's restaurant
  
• You can enter our parking lot from Route 28 (Easton Tpke)- or from the small side road Old Turnpike Road
• The main entrance is at the BACK of our building
• If your class/event is being held in our yoga room, we will ask that you please remove your shoes- bring socks to wear if you like
• If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
