Childbirth Express is designed to prepare families for the birth they desire in any setting and with any provider. The course happens over two consecutive days (each are four hours with a break midway through). We will cover: establishing your birth support team, different birth locations, identifying your birth preferences, the mechanics of birth, setting up your birth space, non-medicinal coping techniques, interventions (including a backup cesarean plan), and preparing for a successful transition into life with baby. 

Birth partners are encouraged to attend.

Birth partners are encouraged to attend this class together. Single parents are welcome to bring a friend, relative, or doula (or feel free to come solo!)
