This entity will infuse Sanskrit Mantras alongside harmonium - infusing yoga Mythology.  Following this sweet piece gentle movements and a nourishing Yoga Nidra practice will be included.  Yoga Nidra is a practice that navigates towards a deep rest. Sound healing alongside a crystal bowl, tongue drum, and koshi chimes will seal up this magical time.
