Join us for a focused 45-minute practice dedicated to refining the building blocks of Sun Salutation A. Together, we will explore alignment, transitions, and modifications to help you move safely and confidently through each phase of the sequence.

This class is ideal whether you’re easing into your first full Sun Salutations or looking to deepen your understanding of form and breath. We’ll slow things down, break down the flow step by step, and offer variations to meet each participant's unique needs.

Each session is an excellent opportunity to check in with your progress on your Couch to 108 journey, ask questions, and practice in the warm embrace of our Serendipity commUNITY. 

No refunds will be provided. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration and notify us via email or voicemail before the session starts so that we can apply your credit to a future special event at the studio.
