Purpose

This dedicated studio time supports your development as a Pilates instructor by offering both independent practice time and a supervised closeout session with an instructor. During this 2.5-hour block, you will have the opportunity to practice teaching with real models or fellow trainees. The space is designed to simulate a professional teaching environment where you can refine your cueing, adapt exercises for different bodies, and gain confidence.
