Please arrive 15 minutes early.
Come fully prepared (mat,towel,water etc) as if you are taking the
regular class - you will be practicing the backbends but not with
the same intensity and the room will not be heated.
Prepare to take notes - this is a great opportunity to have any
questions answered, including the questions you didn't know you
had!
