Evening Tea Ceremony & Sound Healing Journey

As the day softens into night, you are invited to slow down, breathe, and return to stillness. We’ll begin with a silent Tea Ceremony, sharing bowls of tea in reverence and presence. Rooted in the ancient tradition of Cha Dao “The Way of Tea” this practice opens the heart, calms the mind, and gently guides us inward.

From this grounded space, we’ll journey into sound. Bathed in the vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, and other sacred instruments, you’ll be carried into deep relaxation and renewal. Sound becomes a balm for body and spirit, dissolving tension and restoring harmony.
