What does LIVING FULLY mean?
This year I have spent a lot of time inside this question, and here is what I have found...
Living fully — at least for me — is NOT about doing more, or filling every minute of every day with something more to do. Living fully is actually the opposite. It’s getting clear on HOW you spend your time, WITH WHO you spend it, and even more, the conversations and activities you choose to engage in. Living fully is in how you engage with all of life! This program is designed to support you in discovering how you want to show up, what truly matters to you, and how to create a life that feels aligned, intentional, and fully yours.

What would your life feel like if you lived from the
source of what matters most to you?
28 Days of Living Fully is a month-long program designed to help
you discover exactly that—individually and as a community. This
program is an invitation to step beyond what’s possible in a
60-minute class and experience the deeper teachings of yoga in a
way that supports your whole life.
For the whole month of February, we’ll practice clear intent, simple habits, and steady commitment to the foundations of asana, meditation, and self-inquiry. You’ll uncover what it means & what it feels like to LIVE FULLY. Leave the program lit up for your year with clarity, energy, and excitement for your life.
Whether you're brand new or have been practicing for a long time, this program offers mental spaciousness, renewed habits, strengthened community, and a sense of returning home to yourself. Living fully isn’t about doing more—it’s about living with intention.
What we'll be up to!
Daily Practices

Yoga every day — in the studio (you can use your membership, class pack, or any other way you typically book your classes @ SunState), with a recorded class, or even five mindful minutes on your mat at home.

10 minutes of meditation daily— with a recorded meditation, your favorite meditation app, or simply setting a timer. (we will talk about how to meditate in our first meeting)

Weekly journaling prompts to deepen your reflection of each week's core teachings
Weekly Community Meetings
Sundays, 11-12pm at SunState Yoga

Each gathering includes self-discovery work, small-group
discussion, and the introduction of our Living Fully theme for the
week. You’ll receive your Living Fully Workbook on Night One—your
guidebook for practices, intentions, and where the teachings come
from (always drawing back to the source -- yoga sutras, gita,
etc)

Final Celebration
We’ll wrap up our month with a joyful celebration at Green Bench Brewing—connecting, reflecting, and honoring the growth we’ve created together on Sunday March 1st!
