Force Plate Testing

For testing we use dual force plate technology—the same tools trusted at the professional level—to go beyond measuring how powerful an athlete is. Force plates allow us to understand how efficiently an athlete moves and where they can improve.

During an assessment, players complete a series of jumping tasks on the dual force plate system. The data reveals:

• Right vs. Left Leg Imbalances

• Whether an athlete needs to focus more on deceleration or acceleration strength and power

• Their overall power output and ranking

This insight helps us design training that targets exactly what each player needs, improving performance and reducing risk of injury.
