This 75-minute workshop led by Exercise Physiologist Markee Morin introduces you to the core principles of kettlebell training — safe lifting mechanics, posture, breath, and balance. You’ll practice the foundational movements that form the building blocks of strength: the swing, squat, hinge, and press. Each exercise is broken down step-by-step, giving you the tools to lift safely and effectively in your own workouts. Whether you’re brand new to kettlebells or want to refine your form, you’ll leave feeling strong, capable, and inspired to train smarter — not harder.
