A Primal Breathwork and Sound Experience
with Alexa Shackelford & Alex Ballew
Join Alexa Shackelford of Breathing Back to You and Alex
Ballew of Secret River Sounds for an opportunity to experience the
power of primal breathwork and vibrational sound therapy combined.
Breathwork is a healing therapy that uses conscious circular
breathing to unlock an altered state of consciousness. The
accelerated breath clears emotional blocks and stagnant energy from
the mind and body. Conscious circular breathwork increases
circulation of oxygen, which activates different areas of the brain
to create new neural pathways for a deeper awareness and stronger
self of sense. This will occur while experiencing sounds from
gongs, drums, gentle melodies from the crystal harp,
vibrations from singing bowls, didgeridoos, rain sticks, bells,
rattles and more. Participants have an opportunity for
increased clarity, emotional revelation, a chance to connect with
themselves and ultimately tap into their innate ability for self
healing. The event will conclude with a time
where participants can share about their experience
with the group.
Alex Ballew is
on a mission to use vibrational sound therapy to help people find
connection with themselves and others. He wants to bring joy,
authenticity, unity and hope into everything he does. Secret River
Sounds is spreading healing vibrations in the name of wellness,
empowerment and love. Alex founded Secret River Sounds
in 2020. He is certified in Gong Therapy through Mehtab Benton, and
in Sound Therapy through the Vibrational Sound Association and the
Musical Mystics Sound Healing Academy.
