Join us for our last Goat Yoga of the year in this one hour beginner friendly class that is designed for anyone and everyone even if you have never done yoga before! We will be having a ugly Christmas sweater contest, so grab your tackiest holiday outfit and see if you can win a prize. Don't worry about looking silly in an ugly sweat, because we all will be wearing them including the goats!!! We will also be having the Grinch joining us for class. Let's hope he can behave himself!

Perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike, the class focuses on simple stretches, deep breathing, and lots of laughter. The goats add an element of surprise, connection, and fun—making this more than just a yoga class, but a memory in the making.

This class is open to everyone 7 years and up. All minors must be with an adult. All mat rentals are $5 cash. This is a rain or shine event. We will move into our open air barn in bad weather. There are no refunds.
