Are you a newly qualified dental hygienist or therapist, or in the early stages of your clinical career? We know how overwhelming and uncertain that step from dental school into real-world practice can feel. We’ve been there—and we wish something like this had existed for us. That’s why we’ve brought together our expertise to create this one-day event: a safe, supportive launch space to help bridge the gap between education and working life.

This interactive, practical and uplifting day is designed to boost your confidence, help you feel prepared, and reassure you that you’re not alone. We’ll be sharing guidance, tools and experiences we know will help you flourish—and we’ll continue to be there to support you even after the event.

From CVs and job interviews to negotiating your position and understanding pay—plus expert financial guidance from a qualified accountant. These are the things no one teaches you at uni, but make a big difference in your working life.

Health & Wellbeing

Your wellbeing is the foundation of your success. We’ll introduce simple, practical ways to protect your mental and physical health, manage stress, stay motivated, and maintain balance as you grow in your role.

Communication

Learn how to navigate challenging conversations with confidence—whether it’s with patients or within your team. Discover how to present treatment plans effectively and how powerful listening can be in practice.
