This workshop was so popular last year we have split it into two!  Life is more fun with others! In this workshop, you will learn how to use your resources to provide healing bodywork to another, using gravity and bodyweight to deepen your connection. Through a guided evening of hands-on instruction, you can find your center and share it with another. Each person will need to sign up.  Price is per person. Two people required 

This workshop is taught by TGY massage therapist Maya. She is passionate about taking care of the bodies we call home, and strives to make bodywork accessible from the comfort of your home! She works with her clients to provide simple ideas for self-care between sessions, and is now teaching a class to help you and a partner find relief together. 

This workshop is designed to be accessible to all bodies, no strength or flexibility needed. All equipment will be provided for a supportive body position and posture. Clothes will be kept on for this class; comfortable clothing for gentle movement and relaxation is encouraged. The studio will be warm (85 degrees). Please plan accordingly.

You are welcome to bring a yoga mat or something with support and cushion for yourself and your partner. Twisted Grit offers the use of their mats for a suggested donation of $1 to the Twisted Grit Foundation. Click the link below or cash is accepted at the register.

To avoid being charged for your class, you must cancel 1 hour before the class starts. You will lose the class for a late cancellation.

*Please bring a sweat towel, water and wear moisture-wicking clothes that are not baggy for optimum comfort.

*You must have a doctor's permission if you are pregnant, under 18 years of age, or have any medical conditions that could be affected in the heat.

*Children CANNOT be left unattended in the lobby during classes.

*A general wellness of being able to get up and down off the floor is recommended. Please email us if you need other accommodations.  

*No cell phones or watches are allowed in the studio
