In this entirely freestyle prompt based class, come prepared to explore and get curious in your movement. Prompts will be curated to invite students into their own sensations, expression and working with intention in their movement. Class will be taught grounded (no heel based instruction) with invitation for students to wear heels if they would like at any point in class.
