About the Instructor: Sarah Wadley
Sarahs journey in the world of dance commenced at the tender age of
3, igniting an enduring passion that blossomed and evolved
alongside her growing skill set. During her formative years, from
ages 11 to 14, she honed her craft within the competitive dance
arena as an integral member of Elite Techniques, an experience that
served as her initiation into the competitive dance sphere. Her
proficiency in dance attained new heights when she successfully
secured a coveted spot on her High School dance team during her
freshman year, a testament to her dedication and artistry. Rising
through the ranks, she attained the esteemed position of 1st
captain during her Junior year, serving as a vital support to
the team, and was further elected as Captain during her senior
year.
Transitioning to her collegiate years, Sarahs dance journey
continued with her involvement in Orchesis, a prominent modern
dance organization. With Orchesis, she showcased her talents on a
national stage, seeing locations such as Brooklyn, New York, Tulsa,
Oklahoma, and numerous venues across Texas. Post-college, Sarahs
love for performance found expression in an unexpected yet
thrilling endeavor as she graced the ice, performing as a Gator
Girl with the Louisiana Ice Gators Hockey Team.
Throughout her illustrious journey spanning high school, college,
and post-college endeavors, Sarah has not only pursued her own
passion for dance but has also dedicated herself to nurturing the
talents of aspiring dancers. Her teaching expertise encompasses a
diverse range, from Ballet and Tap to Jazz, Hip Hop, and Modern,
fostering budding talents across a spectrum of skill levels. With
teaching stints at various dance studios across Texas and
Louisiana, Sarah has imparted her knowledge and guidance to
