Thai Yoga Bodywork is practiced on the floor fully clothed with slow rocking movements and large surface area compression so it's very soothing for the nervous system .

Each of you will take turns being guided through a gentle full body thai yoga session.

Partners will be guided to communicate and check-in often.

Your instructor Maha Taylor has 16 years of experience as a Psychosomatic massage therapist, trauma informed yoga instructor and workshop leader.
