Self Defense Academy Colorado Springs Summer Camp

Get ready for an action-packed, fun-filled week at Self Defense Academy Colorado Springs' Summer Camp! Designed for kids looking to build confidence, learn new skills, and have a blast, this week-long camp (Monday through Friday) runs from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM each day. Join us for a perfect mix of outdoor play, teamwork, self-defense training, and delicious, healthy eats!

Daily Schedule

• 8:30 AM - Drop-Off & Outdoor Play: Kick off the day with energizing outdoor games and activities in the fresh Colorado Springs air. Kids will run, laugh, and burn off energy while making new friends.
• Group Activity: Bond as a team with exciting group challenges that spark creativity, collaboration, and tons of fun.
• Self-Defense Jiu-Jitsu: Learn practical self-defense techniques through youth-friendly JuJutsu lessons. Our expert instructors teach kids how to stay safe, build confidence, and develop discipline in a supportive environment.
• Build-Your-Own Acai Bowl Lunch: Wrap up eacg day with a nutritious and customizable acai bowl! Kids get to create their own delicious masterpiece with fresh fruits, granola, and tasty toppings.
