NOTICE - This Friday camp add-on is specifically for campers already signed up for either our Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday sessions. Please make sure you've registered for your main camp days before adding Friday to your schedule

This class will focus on 

• acceleration and top end speed 
• biomechanics 
• change of direction, agility, and foot work 
• explosive power
• strength and stability 

ATTENTION – This class is for Middle School students in the 2025 – 2026 school year.  Incoming 6^th, 7^th, and 8^th grade students only.
