Yoga: 4:00–5:15pm | Pop-Up: 5:30–6:30pm

After your yoga flow, come unwind with snacks, sips, and a special pop-up with local jeweler, Samantha Chang of Saintly Fine Jewelry — featuring permanent jewelry welding and intentional, handmade pieces to carry a little calm with you into your week. 

• 4-5:15pm : All levels Vinyasa, sign up through Louisville Community Yoga
• 5:30-6:30 : Welded bracelets & bangles, sign-up encouraged
• 10% of all sales support Happy Day Plants
• Light refreshments and post-yoga good vibes, no RSVP necessary
• Come solo, bring a friend, or just wander in and say hello. We'd love to see you!

Logistics:

• For a permanent bracelet or piece of jewelry, please register in one of the 30-minute time slots. We are taking 4 people at 5:30 and 4 people at 6:00. We'll add more sessions, as needed.
• If you're attending Community Flow at 4:00 p.m., please register for this class as you normally would, through the Wellness Living app or on our website.
