Description

Step into the heat and deepen your practice with this intensive 20-hour Hot Yoga Training. Designed for yoga teachers and passionate hot yoga practitioners, this program blends tradition with progression.

You’ll immerse yourself in the classic 26-posture hot yoga sequence, refining alignment, exploring variations, and understanding the therapeutic benefits of each pose. Building on this strong foundation, you’ll also be introduced to an advanced hot yoga sequence, expanding your practice with more challenging postures, deeper backbends, and strength-building asanas.

A key focus of this training is learning how to safely guide students through hot yoga practice. You’ll explore effective cueing, posture modifications, injury prevention, and class management strategies to create an empowering and supportive environment in the hot room.

Through practical teaching labs, posture breakdowns, and guided hot yoga sessions, you’ll gain confidence in leading classes or enhancing your personal practice.
