Take your game to the next level with dedicated weekly team sessions designed exclusively for the U10 Valkyries. Each 1-hour practice focuses on building confidence, improving skills, and deepening game understanding through Next Gen’s Four Pillars of Development — Technical, Tactical, Physical, and Mental.

Players will refine their technical ability through focused drills on ball control, dribbling, passing, and finishing. Tactical development will help the team learn movement, spacing, and decision-making during game play. Physical growth is emphasized through coordination, agility, and speed training, while mental strength is built through teamwork, communication, and confidence-building activities.

These private sessions combine skill-building exercises and real-game scenarios to create a complete, high-energy environment where the Valkyries can grow together, play smarter, and compete with purpose.

Players will need shin guards, indoor or outdoor cleats, and water. You do NOT need a ball.
