Benefits of this practice: 

• Simple techniques to control the breath; maintain a sense of calm throughout strenuous moments
  
  
• Mindful movement to stretch tense parts of the body, as well as strengthen
  under-utilized muscles
  
  
• Finishing with gentle, floor-based poses using studio props (blankets & bolsters) to help regulate the nervous system and improve sleep quality

• Please dress in comfy, atheltic layers & bring a water bottle 
  
  
• If you have a yoga mat, feel free to bring, otherwise all mats & props are provided (free of charge) 
  
  
• Parking: Pull into the lot at 223 E. Broadway and park near the brick building. The entrance to The Yoga Factory is on the parking lot side of the building (not along the street). Entrance is marked “The Yoga Factory”
