Join us for a unique healing experience that combines the mindful movement of yoga with the ancient art of acupuncture. This 90-minute class begins with a gentle, grounding yoga flow designed to open the body, calm the nervous system, and prepare you for deep relaxation. After the yoga session, you'll settle into restorative poses while receiving acupuncture focused on stress relief, energy balance, and inner harmony.
Perfect for all levels, this class offers a holistic approach to wellness—leaving you feeling centered, refreshed, and reconnected.

What to Expect During an Acupuncture session:

Eat a light snack beforehand. It’s best not to receive acupuncture on an empty stomach.

We'll begin with a brief introduction to acupuncture, including its benefits, and I’ll take time to answer any questions you may have.

After a gentle Yoga practice, you’ll get settled in a supported, comfortable savasana position (lying on your back), using any props you need to feel relaxed.

I will make my way around the room, cleansing the points with alcohol before placing the needles.

Points may be used on the arms (elbows down), legs (knees down), and head.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your forearms and lower legs.

Once the needles are placed, you’ll be encouraged to remain still and rest quietly.

I will be present the entire time and can make adjustments as needed to ensure your comfort.

You'll rest for approximately 30 minutes, allowing your body and nervous system to deeply relax.

At the end of the session, I will gently remove the needles and guide you through a few breaths and gentle movement to help you transition back into your day.
- It’s normal to feel deeply relaxed or slightly sleepy afterward. Give yourself time to ease back into activity if needed.
Mats and props can be provided. No prior experience needed.
