Join us for a deeply restorative experience of sound and energy healing. Allow yourself to be immersed in the vibrations of gongs, shamanic drums, and chimes that effortlessly guide you into relaxation and meditation. These sacred sounds help clear energetic blockages and restore the free flow of vital energy throughout the body, often creating a profound sense of peace, connectedness, and expanded awareness.

As the gong induces a spontaneous meditative state, you may find access to deeper parts of the mind, resulting in heightened clarity and consciousness.  

Sound healing is known to re-balance, tone, and harmonize the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Gong baths are especially effective for easing stress, depression, fatigue, anger, fear, and loneliness, while cultivating a sense of harmony and wholeness.

Please bring a yoga mat for the session. You are also welcome to bring pillows and blankets to get cozy!
