Grief and loss touch all of us at some point in life, yet it is one of the least acknowledged journeys of the heart. This workshop offers a safe, compassionate space to explore how grief lives in the body and how to gently begin moving through it.
Over the course of 4 hours, you’ll be guided through practices designed to support emotional release, self-awareness, and healing:

Grounding Breathwork: Simple yet powerful techniques to calm the nervous system, ease anxiety, and create space to process emotions.

Gentle Movement + Yoga Sequences: Accessible postures and mindful flows to release tension, unlock areas where grief is stored, and invite the body into balance.

Mindset & Reflection Practices: Journaling prompts and discussion to reframe how we view grief, making space for acceptance and self-compassion.

Supportive Group Sharing: Optional opportunities to connect with others, listen, and be witnessed in your experience.

Integration Tools: Take-home practices you can weave into your daily life to support your ongoing healing journey.
This isn’t about “fixing” grief—it’s about learning to move with it. Some days will feel graceful, others heavy, and this workshop acknowledges both. Through personal stories of loss and resilience, your guide will share how yoga and mindful practices became the pathway back to living again.

Special Instructions
Please bring what you need to feel comfortable. Blanket, socks, sweater, water bottle, and a pen. Journals, light refreshments and snacks will be provided.
