In this special class, we gather in mindful movement and stillness to honour the deep connections between land, breath, and ancestral wisdom. Blending gentle yoga and guided meditation, this practice offers a space for reflection, respect, and reconnection—recognizing both Indigenous Peoples’ Day and the International Day of Yoga.
We will begin with breathwork and grounding meditation, followed by slow, intentional movements designed to be accessible to all bodies. As we move and breathe, we’ll acknowledge the Indigenous stewards of the land we practice on and the ancient roots of yoga, honouring the lineages that shape our paths to healing and presence.
This is a space for deep listening—to self, to the earth, and to the wisdom that surrounds us. All are welcome. (Warm)
