We are thrilled to invite you to our community event! Kick off your Sunday with an invigorating Mat Pilates class at Fuse Fitness, where we’ll move, groove, and get our hearts pumping together. After working up an appetite, we’ll head over to Egg & Spoon for a delicious brunch. 

Event Details:

• Cost: $45 (includes Pilates class, one of four meal choices, one non-alcoholic beverage coffee, tea, juice, and gratitity)
• Early Bird: $40 Before November 16th, 2025

This event is all about having fun and building a sense of community. Whether you’re a Pilates pro or a first timer, everyone is welcome. Come for the workout, stay for the great food and even better company!

Meal Choices:

1. Avocado & Feta Toast VE - With two perfectly poached free-run eggs, hand-scooped avocado, house-made whipped feta, baby kale, roasted garlic, lemon, fresh basil oil, and fire-roasted cilantro salsa, with maple-tahini drizzle
2. Signature Benny - Two perfectly poached free-run eggs and house-smoked pork belly, house-smoked salmon or bacon on a buttery English muffin, topped with creamy citrus hollandaise. Served with potato hash
3. Lemon Ricotta Pancakes - Tangy lemon citrus curd, warm maple syrup, chia berry preserve, freeze dried lemon and whipped cream
4. Breakfast Bowl - Two scrambled free-run eggs served with thick-cut bacon, ham, maple pork sausage, potato hash, baby kale, charred tomato, and spicy chipotle aioli. Choice of toast
