Join Adam & Jo at Be One Yoga Studio for a Yoga Nidra
Meditation & Sound Bath ritual. We will begin with intention
setting, followed by a 20 minute Yoga Nidra Meditation. As we drift
into the yogic sleep, we will transition smoothly towards our Sound
Bath.
Bring pillows, blankets, a yoga mat and anything you need to
be comfortable.
