Becah is a Pre-Professional Ballet Classic Graduate.
Becah specializes in Progressing Ballet & Contemporary
Technique, and Women’s Fitness by the National Academy of
Sports Medicine, applying her knowledge that is relevant for
dancers. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer who trains
dancers and non-dancers privately.
Becah has over 6 years of experience teaching and training
women with excellence, developing well-rounded classes in-studio
and virtually.
Becah understands the difficulties that come with learning
ballet, so she encourages all interested in starting or
continuing this beautiful journey, to get excited and leave behind
feelings of intimidation, self-doubt or fear. Her classes are
motivating keeping dancers encouraged, committed, focused on their
progress and the joy of dancing as opposed to the stresses of
performing the exercises with perfection.
This is a 8-week Ballet classes for Adults. Becah's classes
are structured to cover ballet technique exercises at the barre,
centre work (including across the floor & traveling exercises),
PBT*, and reverence. Besides ballet technique, this 8-week
programme will bring the innovative *Progressing Ballet Technique
(PBT) exercises specific for adults who lack mobility, flexibility,
balance and muscle strength. Distinguished by its focus on
training muscle memory, PBT employs ballet-specific exercises,
providing a progressive approach from beginner to advanced levels.
It places emphasis
on strategically strengthening<wbr /> specific muscle
groups to prepare dancers' bodies and minds to perform some more
challenging ballet moves for beginners such as achieving a better
turnout, Retiré, Arabesque, Attitude, Port de Bras...

Special Instructions
Exercises will require the use of certain equipment that are
easy to find and great to own! Students are to purchase and bring
their own equipment to class, such as the Theraband medium
resistance and lacrosse ball. Fusion balls will be provided during
the class.
