Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Session with Jermaine Fuller
What is Breathwork?
A simple definition of breathwork is “breathing in
a specific pattern to achieve a certain goal.” During a session, we
use different types of breathing—varying the inhale and exhale, the
duration, speed, and intensity—combined with breath holds or
retentions (on either the inhale or exhale). This directly
influences the central nervous system and creates ripple effects
that can bring about physical, mental, and emotional shifts.
Some benefits people seek from breathwork
include:

> A deeper sense of presence and peace
While the science of breathwork is still emerging,
the practice itself is ancient. Conscious breathing has been part
of human traditions for thousands of years—through yogic pranayama,
qi gong, martial arts, Taoist, Buddhist, Hindu, Christian,
Shamanic, and Sufi practices. Breathwork acts like a light,
illuminating mental and emotional shadows so they can be seen and
consciously released.
Every session is unique. For some, the impact is
physical—feeling lighter, calmer, or more energized. For others, it
may bring emotional release, mental clarity, or even a deeper
connection with the roots of their challenges and the essence of
who they are.
My intention in offering breathwork is to help
clients and their families bring awareness to limiting beliefs,
stress, and anxiety that may be holding them back—whether in
everyday life or in the workplace.

Five Rounds of Breathing
Each round includes four elemental breathing
techniques: earth, water, air, and fire
Followed by pranayama breath holds

A meditation mind-script focused on gratitude and
self-love

Relax into ambient music
Ground yourself and gently return to the present
moment
Closing Circle
A shared space to reflect, share your experience,
and ask questions (if you feel called to)

Special Instructions
Jermaine is a Breathwork Facilitator with Elemental Rhythm. His passion to facilitate breathwork sessions began when he learned the importance of controlled breathing to overcome stress, anxiety and depression.
Jermaine was able to utilize this breathwork technique to assist him in overcoming his own personal traumatic events. Jermaine has studied the art of breathing, linking the mind and body. Jermaine will introduce you to a new level of consciousness through breath to promote better physical, emotional and mental well-being.
