Join our kids yoga teacher Connie on Thursday, October 30th from 6:00–7:00pm for a spook-tacular yoga adventure designed for children ages 6–10.

We’ll flow through playful poses, practice mindful breathing, and enjoy Halloween-themed yoga games that keep little bodies moving and imaginations glowing.

Costumes are encouraged (as long as kids can move comfortably in them!).

Parents/guardians are required to remain in the studio during class.
