We begin our journey with ceremonial cacao, a revered heart medicine used for centuries in sacred rituals. Through intention and gratitude, cacao gently opens the heart, grounds us in the present, and deepens our connection to the Earth and to each other.

 

As we invite intention, you’ll be guided to drop into your heart, listen deeply, and welcome clarity around what your soul is calling in. This sacred pause offers space to receive inner guidance and set a soul-aligned intention for the journey ahead

 

As your heart opens, you’ll then be guided into an immersive Sound Healing journey. Let the frequencies of crystal singing bowls, native american flute, rain sticks, gongs, and shamanic drums wash over you—resonating through your body, calming your mind, and awakening your soul. These sounds are not just heard—they are felt, clearing blockages and restoring balance from within.

Yoga mats, blankets, and a limited number of bolsters will be provided.

To support your comfort, please bring anything else you might need.
