PERFORMER SIGN-UP – HALLOWEEN SHOWCASE

This sign-up form is only for performers. Tickets for audience members will open at a later date. Please note: only 35 tickets will be available for this intimate event, so not everyone may be able to bring their whole family to watch in person.

We are accepting 15 performance slots only. Each dancer will have up to 4 minutes to perform (shorter is totally fine!).

IMPORTANT:
Your performance must be Halloween-themed. This is a fun, spooky community event—please save non-themed pieces for other showcases.
