 Curious about pole dancing but not sure where to begin? Our 6-Week Intro to Pole Series is the perfect place to dip your toes in with other beginners like yourself.

You’ll learn the fundamental movements of choreography, pole tricks, floorwork, and spin pole—at a pace that feels good for your body. Everyone in this class is brand new to pole dancing so that you can learn with other beginners like yourself. No strength or dance experience needed, promise.

With one class per week, you can easily incorporate a little self care into your routine. Plus, you’ll receive two FREE bonus classes (say yes to Stretch & Flex and Floorwork Intro & LVL 1) just for signing up! That's 8 classes total to truly immerse yourself and indulge in your confidence and sensuality.

Miss a class?
We get it—life happens! If you need to miss a class during your Six Week Intro Series, you'll be able to make it up during one of our regularly scheduled level 1, intro, or intro+ all levels classes. Makeups must be completed within the duration of the series. Two makeups are available per person. 

Due to limited spots and high demand, all purchases for this series are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to gift your spot to another student—just email us at contact@essencestudiopole.com so we can update the roster. Thank you for understanding and honoring our commitment to small class sizes and personalized instruction.

What should I bring to class?
Water, thats it! We will provide you with handgrip and a pole towel for your first class.

What should I wear to my first class?
Be comfortable! Basic athletic attire is perfect. We will need our skin to stick to the pole, so we ask that you bring or wear shorts, spandex, or yoga shorts. No heels are necessary.

Tardiness
This is a courtesy reminder to arrive to your class 10-15 minutes early. This allows us to welcome you into the space, check you in, and get you settled for an amazing time!

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your class, you will forgo your opportunity to attend class without a refund or rescheduling. This is rude, disruptive, and disrespectful to the students who made it to their scheduled class on time as well as to our instructor. This is also a safety concern as you will have missed the classroom warmup.
