Kelli is bringing a weekly kid's yoga class to the studio for the school year! 

Teaching kids and teens of all ages how to handle emotions in a healthy way through yoga, mindfulness, anatomy, and coping skills. Learn yoga poses, breathing techniques and coping skills to help kids and teens learn how to cultivate self love, release anger, handle anxiety and stress, and cultivate joy, peace and happiness in their lives.

Each student will need to bring their own mat to class weekly. We will have specialty kids mats available for sale with a 40% discount with registration. Please let us know so we can order one for your child if they would like one.
