New to yoga? You’re in the right place! This beginner-friendly class will introduce you to prenatal yoga and show you how it can support your pregnancy, ease common discomforts, and help prepare your body and mind for labor.

Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.

Mats are available in the studio for no extra cost.
