Hands on education includes:

• latching
• positioning
• hand expression
• breast pump usage
• optional flange sizing

In additon to the hands on, you will learn:

• 3rd trimester preparation products you need vs. ones you don't
• the first latch
• newborn feeding patterns
• milk supply basics

The end of your second trimester and in your third trimester are the best times to participate in this workshop.
