Nurturing Touch: Infant Massage Class

Join us for a gentle, one-hour class where parents and caregivers learn simple, soothing massage techniques to support their baby’s sleep, digestion, and overall well-being. This hands-on workshop also fosters bonding, relaxation, and confidence in caring for your little one. Each participant will receive coconut oil, a take-home guide, and the use of supportive props during class. Open to pregnant couples, parents, caregivers, and newborn to pre-crawler babies (or practice dolls will be provided if your baby can’t attend).

Please bring your infant, boppy style nursing pillow, and blanket or towel for them to lay on. Please note that we will be on the floor for much of the class. If you need any accommodations, email the instructor at rosemaryapothecaryaz@gmail.com<wbr />.
