In our fast-paced world, we're often encouraged to move quickly through loss, but grief deserves our attention, respect, and care. This gentle yet powerful workshop welcomes all who are ready to acknowledge their grief in a supportive community setting. Whether you're mourning the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a dream, a phase of life, or any other significant change, this space is for you. No experience with ritual or meditation is necessary—only an open heart and willingness to be present with what arises. What to Expect: We'll begin with a compassionate ritual circle where participants are invited to speak their grief aloud, honoring what they've lost and what they carry. This brave sharing happens within a container of deep respect and witnessing—you may share as much or as little as feels right for you. Following our ritual, we'll transition into a healing sound bath meditation. As the resonant tones of singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments wash over us, the energy and emotions stirred during our sharing will have space to move through and integrate within your body. This meditative experience allows for deep release and restoration. For Whom: This workshop is open to anyone who feels called to honor their grief in community.
