This is not just a course — it’s a return to yourself.
Over the next 8 weeks, you’ll be guided through a powerful, science-backed and soul-deep somatic experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, release stored trauma, and restore emotional clarity from the inside out.
This journey combines Break Method’s Self Study Guide with somatic movement practices informed by cutting-edge research in neurophysiology, fascia science, and trauma recovery. You’ll gently explore how your body stores experiences — not just in your mind, but in your fascia, the connective tissue that holds your posture, your pain, and your memories.
Each session blends movement, nervous system education, body-based techniques, and emotional processing in a way that feels both grounded and transformational.
