• B — Balance: Games and exercises strengthen core muscles and teach little ones how to stay steady, stand tall, and recover from wobbles.
• C — Coordination: Through creative play, kids develop the ability to move different body parts together smoothly and efficiently.

Our ABC Movement class sparks a love for moving and sets the groundwork for all future sports and activities.
