Help your little one take their first steps toward lifelong physical confidence with our “Skill Builders: ABC Movement” class! Specially designed for ages 3–5, this fun, energetic program builds the foundation of vital motor skills in a playful, supportive environment.

• A — Agility: Activities introduce quick footwork and direction changes, helping children learn to move fast and with purpose.
• B — Balance: Games and exercises strengthen core muscles and teach little ones how to stay steady, stand tall, and recover from wobbles.
• C — Coordination: Through creative play, kids develop the ability to move different body parts together smoothly and efficiently.

Our ABC Movement class sparks a love for moving and sets the groundwork for all future sports and activities. This class offers a fun introduction to movement and foundational athletic skills for preschoolers. Watch your child gain confidence, body awareness, socialization skills, a lifelong love for being active, and a huge smile while making friends and having fun! Each session is designed to nurture physical literacy and support healthy growth in a positive, supportive space tailored to early childhood development.
