Consistency is key when it comes to transformations. Committing to a program is the best way to see and feel results. It doesn't matter where you start with your strength and wellness as long as you focus on what will work and push you to the next level each season of life. The Fall Challenge is a 10 week series that includes two strength training sessions together in the studio each week for a full body heavy pump. When you enroll in this challenge you will automatically be enrolled in every session. If you know in advance that you will be out of town or can't make a series session you can always transfer your class to a make up flex strength class within the season.
The Wabi Sabi Challenge is all about creating routines and focusing on healthy habits that support your individual goals. This intimate class series is designed with two in person classes together and 2 additional exercise plans to follow in your own time or you can drop into the open wabi sabi classes to fulfill the other style of classes recommended when following the program. We will begin the challenge with a goal setting session and baseline data to ensure that you are starting at the best point to grow where you want to go and we will complete the challenge with a progress update of measurements, progress photos, and a strength assessment so you can see exactly how the plan worked for you! Transforming is more than following an exercise plan. As a personal trainer, fitness nutrition coach, and behavior change specialist- I will guide you to make the changes you need to reach your goals!
There are two challenge times offered for the Fall- Mondays and Wednesdays from 1-1:50 pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon-12:50. Please enroll for the time slot you can schedule in for the entire 10 week program. If you need to switch a few sessions after purchasing, you will be able to do so individually by date but I highly recommend locking in the dates and times as best you can. If you can't commit to the majority of sessions please reach out about drop in classes or personal training options.
