Are you ready to flick the switch, to experience stillness & strength through the slow, passive & deeply healing practice of Restorative Yoga?

In this workshop we will learn about, practise & experience Restorative Yoga poses, while exploring the healing effects on our nervous system. 

By the end of the workshop, you will have explored enough poses to be able to create your own Restorative Yoga practices at home. 

Each day will conclude with a Restorative Yoga  practice led by Jen.
