The Breath is one of the first things you notice when you are in extreme or even subtle states of anxiety and depression. That's becasue the breath is deeply and intrinsically linked to your mental state. Let me tell you a little secret that you already know deep in your heart: if you change the breath you can change the mind! How liberating!!
Anxiety and Depression are symptoms in your life and you want to empower natural change for yourself. The quickest way to relieve your symptoms is through breathwork!
In this breath workshop, Holli will guide you into embodiment of breathwork to embody the yoga therapy theory on depression and anxiety. This is work you can apply for your own mental health and/or apply to yoga classes that you teach.
