Through gentle, supported postures, breath awareness, and guided relaxation, you’ll be held in a space of softness where your body can release tension and your soul can exhale.
Perfect for all levels, this online session is a soothing reset—whether you’re seeking stillness, healing, or simply a quiet moment of connection before the week ahead.

All props (mats, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows) are provided for you.
You’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to find your space and settle in before we begin.
