In this space of allowing, come just as you are to nurture the sacred feminine within, as we endeavor to release limitations and rise into the powerful, creative force we have always been.

We provide all necessary props—yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets—but you’re welcome to bring your own for comfort and personal preference.
