A 2.5-Hour Ritual of Breath, Meditation, Sound & Song

We gather at the sacred threshold of the longest day and the peak of illumination as the Wheel of the Year turns toward the Summer Solstice. Known as Midsummer or the Solar Meridian, this is the moment of cosmic abundance and the highest apex of the sun's power. Following the profound depth of our last circle, we are weaving the thread forward and returning to My Vitae to anchor this next solar gateway. While the Equinox was the first burst of emergence, the Solstice is the radiant fullness of expansion. Join us in honoring this season of vibrant vitality with a multi-layered ritual designed to illuminate your path, celebrate your growth, and liberate your inner being.

​The Space

This is not a traditional concert, but a space to go inward through sonic transmission and intentionally curated practices. You are invited to enter with curiosity and reverence, listening beyond the mind and into the hidden currents of the self. No prior experience is required; simply come as you are, ready to receive. 

The Journey Arc

I. Releasing and Inviting The ritual begins with a collective clearing of the space within. Through a guided group practice with synchronized movements, we shake off any lingering density and open our hearts to call in the fresh possibilities of the season.

II. Solar Fire Breathwork Tend to the sacred flame within. Through a sequence of breath practices focused entirely on the fire element, we align with the fierce illumination of the solstice sun. By activating your solar plexus, we code-in the energy to embody a more radiant inner light.

III. Guided Meditation A focused visualization to anchor and expand your personal intentions for the season of the Solstice. We journey through the inner landscape to bask in the solar light, fueling the soul fire where your intentions reach full bloom and ensuring a state of centered alignment before the sonic transmission.

IV. Sonic Transmission A live sonic journey where classical music and ancestral songs meet in harmony. From melodic strings to the visceral, gut-level vibration of throat singing and animal sounds, this is an immersive journey unlike any other. It is carefully curated to inspire a field of deep listening and be a bridge to the wisdom that lives inside your being. Participants are invited to lie down and soften into a meditative trance.

The Soundscape: ​Classical Harp, Piano, Violin, Percussion, Crystal Bowls, Flute, Channelled Angelic Vocals, Throat-Singing, Animal Sounds, Multilingual Songs & Prayers.

V. Toning & Chanting The cycle completes by returning to the body through sound and vibration. Toning vibrates the cells and opens the throat chakra before the experience expands into the harmony of group singing. By liberating the voice, we embody the expression of our true selves and carry our collective intentions out into the world.

The Artists - Myriam Eydo & Kai Daega

Myriam Eydo is an international award-winning harpist, pianist, violinist, and singer, as well as a multi-dimensional healer and ritual artist. Her background in competitive classical music, paired with her ability to surrender to the flow of creation, has led her to create transformative art performances and events, and collaborate with artists from all over the world. Fascinated by the mystery realms and the deep connection we have to the Earth’s creation cycles, Myriam continues to weave her knowledge, skills, and talents to inspire her audience and lead her clients into liberating their raw, authentic expression and embracing the unlimited power of their creative life force.

Kai Daega is a sonic guide and ceremonialist bringing a decade of ritual depth to her craft. Born of a lineage of devotional singers, she weaves vocal channeling and shamanic practices into immersive soundscapes. Her voice becomes a threshold, evoking spirits from the animal kingdom and global ancestral traditions. From private sessions to international gatherings, Kai stewards a field of song and prayer that invites the wisdom within to emerge. One of her highest joys is facilitating darkroom journeys in her home sanctuary, where the absence of light becomes a mirror for the soul.

What To Bring

​As body temperature often fluctuates during meditation, we encourage you to create a cozy nest for your journey. Yoga mats and bolsters will be provided from My Vitae.

Please bring your own pillow and extra blanket to ensure your comfort. Loose clothing and a water bottle are also recommended.
